Gymnasts from nine nations were golden in finals at the 2013 Osijek World Challenge Cup, held Saturday and Sunday in Croatia.

The Netherlands was the only nation to take two titles. Noël van Klaveren grabbed gold on women's vault (double-twisting Yurchenko and Tsukahara 1 1/2) while Sanne Wevers was balance beam. Wevers impressed with some skills and combinations (round off to full-twisting backspring on; double turn with leg horizontal; side aerial to side aerial, front aerial, wolf jump; Kochetkova; full turn with leg held, to full turn, to double turn to sissone; switch leap, Rulfova; double twist).

2008 Russian Olympian Yekaterina Kramarenko won uneven bars with beautiful work (Stalder-full, Maloney-half; toe-blind to Jaeger; toe-full to Pak; full-twisting double).

After winning the bronze on bars and the silver on beam, two-time Olympian Jessica López took the gold on floor exercise with a clean routine (triple twist; double pike; double twist; 2 1/2).

Japan's Kenzo Kaneko took the floor exercise gold medal with with very clean tumbling (1 1/2 to Rudi; double double; Arabian double front; front double full to barani; slightly short triple twist).

Top qualifier Eleftherios Kosmidis (Greece) hit his first two passes of layout double-double and 1 1/2 to tucked frouble front, but the 2010 world champion landed completely out of bounds on front double twist to Rudi and stepped out on his full-in dismount.

Four-time Italian Olympian Alberto Busnari claimed the gold on pommel horse with a spectacular 16.100 (7.1 Difficulty/9.0 Execution). Belgian specialist Donna-Donny Truyens was second over 2008 Olympic silver medalist Filip Ude (Croatia).

Greek specialist Eleftherios Petrounias proved strongest on still rings with his 6.9-D set that ended with a layout double-double dismount. French strongmen Samir Aït Saïd and Danny Pinheiro-Rodrigues followed grabbed silver and bronze, respectfully.

Vietnam's Nguyan Ha Thanh outvaulted the field with a Yurchenko double pike and Tsukahara 2 1/2.

Colombia's Jossimar Calvo, the 2011 Pan American Games all-around champion, won parallel bars with an extremely aggressive routine (piked front flip to handstand; peach, peach to one rail, Healy, peach half, peach, Tippelt; giant fulll to Bhavsar; full-twisting double off the end).

Hungary's Bence Tálas, 22, was the surprise champion on high bar. Olympic champion Epke Zonderland (Netherlands), the top qualifier, caught his Cassina to Kovacs and Kolman to Gaylord II combinations but came unglued on a simple Stalder pirouette combination.
