Weeks before the NCAA gymnastics championships, the University of Illinois has dropped defending parallel bars champion Tyler Mizoguchi from its squad. Mizoguchi said he was suffering from depression after a concussion earlier this year. In 2011, the Texas native won parallel bars at the Puerto Rico Cup and a bronze medal with the U.S. men at the Pan American Games. Click here to read more in The Daily Illini.
